Zion Ponderosa Horseback Rides
One of the best things about East Zion Adventures is that you don’t even have to leave Zion Ponderosa to enjoy an incredible horseback riding experience. Here are four on-property rides to add some exciting adventure to your day:
Pine Grove Horseback Ride (1 hour)
This delightful one-hour ride is ideal for beginners with little to no familiarity with horses. With little elevation, this trail is designed for learning more than views—but our guides will put you at ease from the start on this easy trail.
Twin Knoll Horseback Ride (1.5 hours)
Venture to the top of Twin Knoll for amazing views of Zion National Park, the Elk Heart Mountains, the Kaibab Mountain Range, and the surrounding East Zion canyons and landscape. This 1.5-hour Twin Knoll horseback ride is excellent for both beginner and intermediate riders.
Pine Knoll Horseback Ride (2 hours)
Saddle up for a 2-hour tour catering to both beginners and experienced riders. As you ascend the Pine Knoll, surrounded by the desert forest, prepare to be amazed by the breathtaking vistas of East Zion and Zion National Park, capturing unforgettable memories along the way.
