Sunset Jeep Tours

Top of the World Sunset Jeep Tour

For our adult adventurers, try the Top of the World Sunset Jeep Tour, exclusively for 18 and older. This two-hour tour begins at Zion Ponderosa and climbs 8,100 feet over mild terrain to take you to the perfect sunset spot. Enjoy views of Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks, the Grand Staircase, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and more while watching the sun go down. Kick back and relax while you snack on a prepared charcuterie box and enjoy the view. Only one Jeep departs each evening for this tour, so be sure to book early!

Zion Mountain Sunset Jeep Tour

The Zion Mountain Sunset Jeep Tour is another option for adults 18 and up. This tour is for our guests departing from Zion Mountain Ranch. Take a Jeep drive along the rim of Zion National Park and drink in the amazing view of East Zion at sunset.

Zion Sunset Jeep Tour

This 1.5-hour tour begins at the Adventure Center located at Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort. Buckle your seatbelt and enjoy the bumpy ride to Pine Knoll. At the top, enjoy a 360-degree view of the towering terrain of Zion National Park while you watch a magnificent sunset with the whole family. This tour is available for ages two and up and the Jeep fits up to nine people, making it perfect for a family adventure. Don’t forget to bring along a camera to capture the sights and the memories. 

Zion Cliffs Sunset Jeep Tour

This sunset Jeep tour takes you through Zion’s hidden backcountry canyons. This exhilarating tour begins and ends at Thunderbird Resort.

Sunset Horseback Rides

White Sands Sunset on Horseback

Saddle up on horseback and watch the sun set while looking the East Zion landscape. On the White Sands Sunset Horseback Ride (for beginners through advanced riders), you’ll enjoy amazing red rock views as you ride along the base of Red Hollow and White Mountain.

Zion Sunset Horseback Ride

Ride off into the sunset on our most popular horseback tour. This 1.5-hour trail ride displays the views of Zion Ponderosa as the day comes to a close. This tour is for individuals age eight and up (see our website for restrictions). Wear closed-toe shoes and, if doing this tour in the winter, make sure to dress warm.

Blissful Yoga

Perfect for both our early bird and night owls, Blissful Yoga allows you to enjoy the beautiful sights of Zion National Park while building your strength, flexibility, balance and power through yoga. Watch sunrise or sunset while participating in a group yoga fitness class taught by Thaby Brasil. If you don’t have a yoga mat, that’s ok! We provide yoga mats if you are unable to bring your own.

Sunset Guided Hike 

For those who prefer traveling on foot, the Sunset Guided Hike is the perfect way to enjoy the sunset while exploring the area surrounding Zion National Park on foot. This easy hike is guided by local experts that will teach you about the surrounding area as you hike to our private location. Overlooking Zion National Park and surrounding canyons, this is the perfect spot to watch the sun go down. This tour takes two hours and is available for all ages. Make sure to bring water and wear durable shoes in order to enjoy the tour as much as possible.
